To support our belief in the importance and validity of Executive Coaching, The Levin Group provides ongoing training for professionals "new" to the coaching role. This includes managers whose role requires them to coach or mentor other staff as well as professionals transitioning into business coaching. Our training process provides content knowledge, support materials, individual and group supervision, delivered both in person and telephonically. We also offer supervision and advanced training to experienced coaches who wish to sharpen their skills. Supervision provides a forum to discuss challenging individual or organizational issues as well as an opportunity to learn from other, experienced coaches.
