What do you do better than anyone else?

Good question. We are experts in how people work together to set and achieve goals. Our forte is our work with Executive Teams and coaching senior level people. We are great catalysts for change and believe that good strategy, if not well-executed, is a very expensive waste of time.

What do you charge?

It depends (good consultant answer). We prefer to work on a project basis rather than billing hours or days. Our repeated experience is that clients get more value for their dollar when the "meter is not running" and where we can follow our work through to completion. Two other things — we guarantee our work and we commit to transfer skills and competencies to clients so they never become consultant dependent. Many of our clients create "retainer agreements" with us to ensure we know their organization deeply and take clearly prioritized goals to completion.
