The Constructive Thinking Process gives an Executive Team a business model that allows them to prioritize, resource, and execute critical business decisions. This "short-term thinking" process looks 18-24 months out and gives leadership a powerful tool in taking good strategy to execution.

This two-day offsite puts the senior team through an intensive questioning and dialogue process about each element of the business model (generically described below).

The aim of this process is to identify and prioritize the critical elements needed to:

  • Create competitive advantage
  • Produce significant, perhaps radical growth
  • Adjust to market or technological changes
  • Create culture change
  • Bottom-proof the organization

We then take those few strategic priorities and craft a conscious implementation plan to ensure that good strategy becomes thorough execution – at speed, and with the clear sponsorship of the decision-makers within the company. This results in improved ROI, allocation of resources, and more focus on how time and energy is utilized in the attainment of strategic goals.
