Senior Leader Succession Plan - Consumer Products
- Leaders were at the VP level, selected for probable succession to SVP roles. We were asked to assess skills/strengths/challenges & needs for current success as well as success in the next role. The organization was facing flat growth in NA and accelerating growth in emerging markets, such as eastern EU, APAC and SA.
- Coaching and development had to occur across five continents
- We provided assessment, coaching, and a thorough evaluation of needs for current and future role.
- We identified and resolved the problems of interpersonal “blind spots” which would/did potentially derail these leaders and their teams
- Assessments and behavioral coaching occurred on site in all geographies
- The result so far is that these leaders are successful within their current roles and on track for succession into higher positions
- Organization is looking to embark on next wave of 50 Leaders
