New Leader Integration - Consumer Products

A newly hired VP inherited an underperforming organization and was tasked with accelerating productivity and results within his area.

We assessed the leader’s personal/interpersonal strengths and challenges as well as 360 results in previous roles, and developed a plan for him to assess current and emerging needs from all of his new stakeholder groups.  We helped him upgrade his team, ensure that he was aligning his goals with the senior management team and helped him craft a stakeholder roadmap and a plan for developing these relationships at the needed speed. 

We solved the problem of turning around a previously underperforming area of the business and positioning this leader and his team for aligning processes organization-wide and delivering results.
